Quico is a smartphone application that simplifies the management of geographically dispersed teams. It allows users to quickly and easily communicate daily priorities, conduct training sessions, and even gather feedback. The app provides real-time reports that showcase the reception of shared content.
Quico positions itself as a modern solution for companies looking to streamline their internal processes while fostering a dynamic, connected, and engaged workforce. Its innovative approach to communication, learning, and employee engagement sets Quico apart from traditional platforms, offering a more comprehensive and empowering experience. TASK & SOLUTION
The goal of refreshing Quico's visual identity was to communicate the brand's philosophy. Quico's visual identity clearly conveys core values such as innovation, simplicity, and community. The use of modern colors, playful graphic elements, and a friendly aesthetic reflects Quico's character as a tool that not only enhances work efficiency but also strengthens team relationships, motivates, and engages users. Rounded shapes and clean, futuristic typography create a sense of accessibility and modern technology. The identity is designed to capture attention and reinforce a feeling of engagement and energy—perfect for an app that promotes interaction and collaboration. This visual direction allows Quico to stand out in the market as a modern, engaging, and user-oriented tool while maintaining professionalism and trust.
As part of this process, the Quico Brand Guidelines were created, compiling structured knowledge about the refreshed brand identity along with instructions on its usage. The guidelines cover topics such as the brand’s tone of voice and strategy, target audience, logo, typography, composition, additional graphic elements, content, and color palette.
To meet the brand’s evolving needs, various materials were developed, including:
A Video Explainer (in collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager and Video Editor)
Templates for corporate social media
Presentation and document templates in Figma Slides and Google Slides
Visual assets for webinars
Graphics and infographics for internal company materials
Promotional and training materials for trade shows and events, such as business cards, roll-ups, brochures, flyers, and print-ready files
Support in designing new layouts and interfaces for the Quico app
This cohesive approach ensures that Quico’s refreshed identity is not only visually appealing but also strategically aligned with its mission to create a dynamic and connected workplace.
